Hello NORCAN friends!
Team Pereyma is excited about our next NORCAN learning session that is scheduled to take place here at Pereyma this Friday, February 19. Both our Grade 7 and Grade 9 Math students have been learning about perimeter and area, so we have decided to let them have fun and explore a great task created by NORCAN's very own Kyle Pearce (also known in tag-teaching circles as Triple P). The task that we have chosen to use is Kyle's Mowing the Lawn. We plan to post some of our students' learning artefacts here on the Ning, and are wondering if anyone else would like to join us on this learning journey...
