This week in Math class, students used technology to record and reflect upon their thinking. In addition to using the Adobe Slate app (that Jim is so fond of!), students used Explain Everything, Adobe Voice and Tellagami along with Book Creator to create artefacts of learning. I was amazed by how much students enjoyed creating and using the avatars in Tellagami. I see potential for this app to support the development of student metacognition in a really fun way.
Needless to say, before I could assign such a task to my students, I needed to learn how to use the apps myself! Here is my first attempt at a Tellagami presentation. I thought that my NORCAN friends might enjoy it because the subject is one of my new favourite topics of discussion: NORCAN!
